Our work includes examining the medical school’s complex ecosystem of faculty and learners and identifying ways to better achieve a culture that protects trainees while continuing to support faculty. Your honest, open feedback will inform our recommendations to improve and sustain a culture of safety and inclusion at WashU School of Medicine.
The Task Force provides input opportunities for general feedback, rather than specific instances of misconduct.
